|David P. Dally, President, founded TWI in 1994 to offer a personal level of consulting to his Credit Union clients. He has specialized in operational efficiencies, RFP authoring, and Contract Negotiation.
David has worked for industry leaders such as IBM, Control Data, Citicorp, Fiserv, Blue Cross, Baxter Laboratories and Sara Lee. He has amassed 35 Years experience in Information Technology, including main-frame programming, systems analysis & design, management, marketing, and sales.
David has assisted non-technical clients to understand, create and deploy highly technical solutions. Services include choosing a high-tech host system, creating a web presence, building an e-Commerce site, and implementing the chosen technology. Many executives rely on him as their "friend at the factory."
